The property, which comprises three full furnished apartments, is owned and run by a charming Italian family who live on the property next door. Typical Tuscan food products, such as wine, extra virgin oil, honey, vegetables, all genuine since grown up in the owners' private vegetable garden and vineyard, are always offered to the guests as gifts. In the double-garden of the farmhouse and in the swimming pool, everybody can relax reading or listening to music and letting the children play in peace, all in the privacy respect.

TerrarossaLucca is dated back to 1586 and has been in the family for generations. It has been recently restored with care and attention to details, since the owner has maintained the authentic local Tuscan architectural style with its chestnut beam ceilings, white wash walls with stones and terracotta floors. All three of the apartments are well furnished and divided on two levels. The living area on the ground floor with bedrooms upstairs. Each apartment has at least two bathrooms, one of which is complete with bath tub.

The estate, immersed in the hills of Tuscany (Toscana...in Italian), is excellently located being only 6 kilometres from Lucca, 25 minutes from Pisa and 45 minutes from Florence and the Chianti region. Moreover it’s possible to reach in half an hour the famous Versilia’s beaches (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi), with their liveliness and fascination, and the green mountains of Garfagnana, which are fit for evocative walking tour or excursion on horseback. The excellent Italian Highway is only 2 kilometres from the property whilst only 1 kilometre away there is a supermarket, the bank office, restaurants, bars, chemist's shop etc.
