The two apartments are located on a quite hill on the way to San Ginese, one nearby the other. The guests can join the common services they can find such as a wide parking space inside the garden, a relaxing swimming pool, far from the street, with sun umbrellas, deckchairs and tables; the guests can also join some extra services such as the washing machine with coins and the laundry area.
Each apartment has a vast garden with its private veranda.
On the ground floor of Terrarossa 1 there is a large living room complete with kitchen and an ornamental fireplace as well as a small bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a double room and a smaller twin room and a bathroom with bath tub.
The apartment has its own private entrance which let the guest find a beautiful furnished terracotta patio, with table and chairs. From the patio there is direct access on the ground floor to a large well equipped dining room with kitchen facilities. There is also a small lounge room on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedrooms and two bathrooms.
